Delete Your Ividiyo Account
This page describes how to permanently delete an Ividiyo Cloud account and its associated data. It applies to accounts used with the Ividiyo Mobile app (iOS and Android) and the Ividiyo Cloud portal.
Option 1 — Self-service (Ividiyo Cloud portal)
- Sign in to the Ividiyo Cloud portal with your account email.
- Open your Account page.
- Under Delete account, choose Delete my account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Note: the mobile app itself has no account management — accounts are managed on the portal only.
Option 2 — By email
Email info@adinfratech.co.za from the email address of the account you want deleted, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your cloud account (email address and sign-in credentials)
- Site links, licences held by the account, and shared-access grants
- Registered remote-access devices and session records
- Remote-viewing bandwidth usage records associated with the account
Not affected: your camera footage and your Ividiyo server. These run on your own hardware and are never stored by us — deleting your cloud account removes remote access, not your local system. Signing out of, or uninstalling, the mobile app removes all app data stored on the phone.
